To the $VAULT team

This report does not establish who controls these addresses. That is the first question.

  1. Who controls the deployer wallet 9aXc…51uK, and who funded it with ten 0.02 SOL transfers from single-use wallets at 19:46 UTC?
  2. Who controls wallets 3PuZc… and 9arY…, which took 35.0% of supply at index 59 and 60 of the creation block?
  3. Who operates router 2mxVka… and program 8gxk64hY…, whose logs name the operations SellAndDispersePump and BuybackPump?
  4. Are the 22 wallets holding 20.7% of supply team, treasury or market-maker inventory? If so, why are they not disclosed?
  5. What are $VAULT's creator fees (347.8 SOL, ≈ $41K) for, and where will they go?
  6. Was any of the $5.29M reported 24h volume produced by a volume service?
§08 · Methodology

How this was measured

Data

  • Raw Solana mainnet transactions (getTransaction, jsonParsed, maxSupportedTransactionVersion: 1). SOL movements come from pre/post lamport balances, including address-lookup-table accounts. Token movements come from pre/post token balances of mint 7tEs…pump.
  • Scope: all 634 signatures of the mint around launch, and every signature of the 36 core addresses from 19:44:35 UTC on 27 Sep to ~18:00 UTC on 28 Sep.
  • Ordering inside a slot uses the transaction index returned by the RPC. Block time has one-second resolution.

Cluster construction

  • Seed: the two block-0 buyers.
  • An address was added only on a direct on-chain link: an exact-amount SOL path through a router within one slot (sell proceeds = buy payment), the shared 19:46 funding pattern (ten identical transfers from ten single-use wallets), or a direct SOL transfer from a cluster trading wallet outside a trade (skim recipients).
  • No address was added on timing, size or profitability alone.

Profit and loss

  • A trade is a transaction that moves SOL on the bonding curve (3ZSA…Tz5i) or the PumpSwap pool quote account (VA5T…s4U) and changes the cluster's $VAULT balance. There are 175.
  • Realized = the sum of SOL balance changes of the 36 core addresses across those transactions, net of protocol fees, priority fees and tips. Transfers between cluster wallets cancel out.
  • Creator fees = wSOL balance of the creator-vault token account plus the bonding-curve creator vault.
  • Spot value = 207.04M × 8.013e-7 SOL. Sellable value = a constant-product sale of the whole position into the pool reserves (172.21M $VAULT / 121.88 SOL), less pool fees.

Verification

  • Sample signatures were re-fetched from an independent RPC on 2026-09-28: create, the index-59 snipe, the SellAndDispersePump sell, the matching BuybackPump rebuy, MigrateV2, and relay hop #12. All are finalized with no error, and the router deltas match to the lamport. Account state for the creator vault, the curve vault and the router (closed) was read at the same time.
  • Every number on this page can be recomputed from evidence.json, which lists every signature used.
§09 · Limitations

What this does not prove

Lower bound

The cluster is a lower bound: 62 addresses with a direct on-chain link. Wallets funded through exchanges, bridges or deeper hops are not included, so the real footprint can only be larger.

Identity not proven

Nothing here identifies a person or a team. "The cluster" is a set of addresses linked by transactions. Who controls them is an open question (§07).

Volatile marks

Token values are marks at a volatile price. The 20.7% position could be worth more or less than shown. Realized SOL is not affected.

Skim recipients

The 26 skim recipients (28.93 SOL) may be third-party service fees, such as a trading bot's, and not cluster wallets. If so, subtract about 29 SOL from the totals.

Cut-off

Data runs to ~18:00 UTC on 2026-09-28. The latest cluster transaction included is at 18:12. Balances keep moving after that, and the creator vault read 351.39 SOL on re-check.

Prices

SOL is priced at US$118.44. Volume and market cap come from a DEX Screener snapshot and were not re-derived on-chain. Platform stats come from vaultstrat.com as displayed on 2026-09-28.
